For over 40 years, ghosts and ghouls of all sorts come out to haunt the lower level of St. Pascal Church…”the Catacombs”…to scare brave locals half-witless! Pay us a visit during one of our 10 nights of fright!
Developed as a “fun”raiser for St. Pascal School by creative parents, students, alumni, and friends, the now “fund”raiser has become a popular regional attraction winning accolades and making the “best of” lists on social media sites, and featured on Chicago Tonight, last year raising $65,000 per year for Pope Francis Global Academy!
Our Catacombs crew…still made up of many of the original creative people…works year-round to continue to improve the haunting experience and to keep things fresh and fun for all. Their commitment is second to none and it shows in the level of fright and fun our guests continue to enjoy from year to year.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
The Catacombs is back after the devastating loss of our head haunter, Jason. Let’s continue to make him proud and have another record-breaking year!
The primary Catacombs Crew is looking to expand and we’re hoping to recruit some help for them among our parents. This has been one of our biggest fundraisers and the majority of the “crew” aren’t related to the school anymore. They are in need of help in some specific areas and they will also need volunteers who are simply in and out for a shift or two during October. Here are some of their specific needs:

SECURITY – We are looking for law enforcement officers to volunteer as security members during the Catacombs events. If you have any experience with this or are currently an officer and can help out, please contact Steve Findysz via text message at 773-610-5334.
